Just wanted to say thank you for another great job! Mike said you pulled through once again. The tenants were really concerned about the carpets, and I told them I was not going to replace them and that I was sure our guy (you 🙂 ) could clean them up real nice and of course they were skeptical and once they saw the carpets after you had been there, they were very happy, and the tenants son-in-law asked for your number. 🙂
