The tenants were really concerned about the carpets, and I told them I was not going to replace them and that I was sure our guy (you 🙂 ) could clean them up real nice and of course they were skeptical and once they saw the carpets after you had been there, they were very happy, and the tenants son-in-law asked for your number. 🙂

I have been using Federal Way Carpets and recommending them for many years. Their work is very thorough and they frequently remove tea and coffee stains that they say may not clean out. The carpets and more them superficially clean and they had companies just “move the dirt around” my carpets but not these dry very quickly after a service.
