I have been using Federal Way Carpets and recommending them for many years. Their work is very thorough and they frequently remove tea and coffee stains that they say may not clean out. The carpets and more them superficially clean and they had companies just “move the dirt around” my carpets but not these dry very quickly after a service. Their prices are very fair and Orion is always pleasant and goes the extra mile to get that tea spilled under my bed. They have saved me a fortune on replacing flooring because my carpets are 15 years old and they look GREAT!

In addition to cleaning, I have purchased carpet from them for a rental home, which they delivered and installed.
