Everyone was very nice and helpful from the time we called in for a quote to when the gentleman showed up to complete the job. I loved the fact that I was engaged throughout the process and showed right away when something wasn’t cleaning up at 100%. I have been a customer of Federal Way Carpet Cleaning for over 18 years. I use there service for my own home and on my five rental units. WOW! I couldn’t be more pleased with the way my carpets turned out. I am a stay at home mom of 3 boys under 3 years old, which as you can imagine is a recipe for white-carpet disaster. Apple juice, snacks, markers, play dough and the most fun to clean … potty- training incidents along with when they are oh so helpful to bring me my forgotten cup of coffee which then spills on the carpet as well!
