I would like to take a moment to thank you for the fantastic job you and your team did cleaning our carpets. I know this wasn’t an easy job since it involved cleaning 100% wool carpets that had been damaged during a break in. I was very impressed by your extensive knowledge of how to care for and handle natural fibers as well as the fact that every stain (including latex paint, food stains, ink etc.) was meticulously cleaned and saved us from costly replacement. I have a rental that I thought would have to have all the carpet replaced after some very bad tenants left. I still can’t believe how clean these carpets are after Federal Way Carpet came in and cleaned them. I have had rentals for years and this is the best carpet cleaning I have ever seen.
WOW! I couldn’t be more pleased with the way my carpets turned out. I am a stay at home mom of 3 boys under 3 years old, which as you can imagine is a recipe for white-carpet disaster. Apple juice, snacks, markers, play dough and the most fun to clean … potty- training incidents along with when they are oh so helpful to bring me my forgotten cup of coffee which then spills on the carpet as well!
