I’ve always have had two to three large dogs who run in and out of my house all day. In 2007, I contacted Federal Way Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning because they are a local family owned business. They are the only company I have had to clean my carpets and upholstery since that time.

Over the years, I’ve had the same service technician in my home and rental property. He always arrives as scheduled and calls before arriving. His knowledge of special fabric considerations and stain removal is impressive; pets, no problem. When I phone, I am greeted by a cheerful person who already knows the square footage of my home and can accurately price the work that I want done. Our home was recently burglarized and the thieves tracked in dog poop on our carpet. After cleaning it up we thought it would be a good time to actually have a professional steam clean our whole house.

I rarely (if ever) take a chance on a company with little to no reviews on Yelp, but I saw their advertisement on here so I figured I’d check out their website. Turns out they are family owned and have been around for many years. When I called, the phone etiquette was friendly and professional. Chris, the owner, was able to give me a quote over the phone, which they do using square footage instead of per room. I thought it was a decent price and I appreciated him telling me about their $50 off coupon on their website.

They were on time on the day of service, did a great job and it left no strong scent. Just FYI, they don’t use any toxic, harsh chemicals in their steam cleaning and there is no after scent.

I have a rental that I thought would have to have all the carpet replaced after some very bad tenants left. I still can’t believe how clean these carpets are after Federal Way Carpet came in and cleaned them. I have had rentals for years and this is the best carpet cleaning I have ever seen.

I have been using Federal Way Carpets and recommending them for many years. Their work is very thorough and they frequently remove tea and coffee stains that they say may not clean out. The carpets and more them superficially clean and they had companies just “move the dirt around” my carpets but not these dry very quickly after a service. Their prices are very fair and Orion is always pleasant and goes the extra mile to get that tea spilled under my bed. They have saved me a fortune on replacing flooring because my carpets are 15 years old and they look GREAT!

I had Chris and his son clean my carpets in 2006 and was very impressed at how clean my carpets were. The next year however I decided to save $80 and have Coit do the job. Unfortunately, I was not pleased with Coit’s services. The cleaner was not professional and my carpets only stayed clean for a few weeks afterwards. I’d much rather pay more and get the job done right with Federal Way Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning.
